PCI Compliance Notice

At Virid, we're proud to support merchants in navigating Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI DSS) compliance. Maintaining this compliance is critical for merchants that store, process, or transmit payment card data. Virid is committed to helping our clients achieve PCI DSS compliance through our managed services, which are annually assesed by a Qualified Security Assessor. 

While working with Virid can assist you in meeting PCI DSS requirements, there are still steps merchants need to take to ensure compliance. Our assessment covers the services we manage for you but does not encompass any client activities or operations performed outside of Virid's scope. Our clients are responsible for securing their cardholder data (CHD) and ensuring they meet all necessary PCI DSS controls, including contracting an approved scanning vendor for quarterly scans on their eCommerce URL. 

Virid is here to support you as a compliance partner. We encourage you to work with us to verify that the outsourced PCI DSS controls are in place and working effectively. Additionally, merchants must also ensure they are using Virid's services appropriately, for example, by having anti-virus software installed and updated on all systems used to access the marketAgility Admin Tool.
